As an oncologist who has worked for the NHS for many years, I have witnessed how doctors and nurses, as well as the majority of patients, struggle with long waiting times and limited capacity. Additionally, thousands of staff members choose to go abroad for better salaries and lower taxes. Unfortunately, the government does not seem to understand the problem, which is why I have decided to make a change and help the NHS.

Instead of privatising the NHS, the government should listen to experts from within the NHS itself, rather than individuals who are trying to increase their budget or sell our data.
